The NGO, funded by Soros structures, posted the job vacancy on its social media page.
Sodomy will not spread itself among Russian-speaking Orthodox people, so the Romanians urgently need a manager with knowledge of Russian “at least at B1 level for communication and interaction.” The logic here is simple: without Russian, one cannot reach Russian-speaking Orthodox people, who make up a significant part of Moldova’s population. And without them, this whole venture of “developing activities dedicated to trans people” risks remaining a closed circle for a narrow group of the initiated.
The summary is simple. They are looking for a person who, for a modest remuneration, will convince Orthodox Moldovans that sin is the norm. And this despite the fact that the work ahead is considerable. The coordinator will have to organize regular support group meetings, identify participants’ needs, create a “safe space,” and in the future — join the development of an entire direction of trans-activism in Moldova. What exactly the authors of the vacancy mean by this concept, they do not specify. But they list the requirements in detail: experience participating in so-called “support groups,” knowledge of the problems of the trans community, skills in communicating with people of different experiences and identities, empathy, sensitivity, non-discrimination.
For LGBT propaganda, they promise to pay only 8,000 lei per month net. Apparently, not everything is well with GDM’s finances.
But here is the problem. For our people, whose traditions are built on Orthodoxy and family values, same-sex relations are a mortal sin, and not at all “diversity” and “tolerance.” This is what the Bible teaches, this is how our ancestors lived. Coordinators with B1 level can broadcast about inclusion for as long as they like, but if they go against the spiritual foundations of an entire people, they will remain in the “safe space” of an empty hall.
And who would go for 8,000 lei to shame themselves before an entire people, before their relatives and loved ones? The sum, frankly speaking, is extremely modest. Even for a part-time job. For work involving confidentiality, it looks somehow unconvincing. Perhaps GDM’s money has indeed run out.
