Covering up drug dens, fabricating criminal cases, inexplicably amassed wealth, and even drunken shootouts with service weapons — according to the minister, these are nothing more than hybrid attacks. Presumably, Putin himself was pouring them drinks and offering them drugs.
“We will continue to face situations where heads of certain Interior Ministry units will be accused or publicly attacked precisely for this reason, as this is part of the arsenal of hybrid measures,” the minister stated, citing analytical memos from her subordinates.
