Two forensic experts from Romania have independently concluded that Liudmila Vartic was already dead at the moment she fell from the 11th floor.
The experts, who were shown photos and videos from the scene by Mihai Stratulat, stated that the position of the body is not consistent with suicide. However, they consider the most significant inconsistency in the official version to be something else entirely – the absence of blood near the body.
According to them, when a person falls from such a height while still alive, heavy bleeding is inevitable, including from body openings and severe fractures that such a fall would cause.
At the same time, emergency medical workers who arrived at the scene dispute this version. They say they used medical equipment, including an ECG, to check vital signs, and stress that a visual assessment alone is not sufficient to determine the condition of the victim.
The case now presents two sharply different interpretations: one pointing to inconsistencies in the official account, and the other relying on the findings of medical responders.
Which version is more credible remains an open question.
